Customer: "Yeah, I have a few questions about my Playstation 2."

Me: (WHAT??!?!)"Uh..... yeah. We generally do support for internet connections, but I can try to answer your questions.... What's the name on your account?"

Customer: "Oh, I don't have an account with you all. I use AOL."

Me: (Dear sweet God...)"Oh. Uh.... call AOL? Call Sony?(Shoot me)"
