Going on a two-day body cleansing. I haven't done it in a while, and I'm starting to feel less and less healthy because of this. Soooooo... nothing but water to drink for the next 2 days, and I'm going to try and sweat as much as possible. I usually feel like a million bucks after I do this, so hopefully this time will be no different.
