Merry day after Christmas Yeah, I have been neglecting this thing. Sorry. Christmas was pretty good. I got some gift certificates, a fleece pullover, and a turtleneck. Great stuff. I made turkey yesterday. Not too toot my own horn too loudly, but for a first effort, it was fantastic. On Christmas eve, I made a ham, so there was enough food at my place to choke a rhino. Good thing, because most of it is gone now. Crazy, eh? We had visitors, and they were ravenously hungry. There's only about 2 pounds of a thirteen pound turkey left. I was pretty pleased with Christmas overall. I hope everyone else had a good one, too. Later Old Stuff  |
